Leasing Sales Specialist. £24,000 plus uncapped commission and a loyalty bonus - Manchester

You can sell and offer advice on any vehicle on wheels whilst accessing a panel of competitive funders, to ensure your customers are aligned to the most suitable provider.   • A basic salary of £24,000
  • Completely uncapped commission (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Loyalty incentive of £2,500 on successful 12 month probationary period

What are we looking for?

 

A people person, driven by a vision of personal success, who can build profitable relationships in the SME market and someone who mirrors our client’s values of being honest, fair and transparent.

 

The ideal candidate needs to display:

 

  • Proven experience selling into the vehicle leasing market (end user customers, not brokers)
  • A consultative and fact finding approach
  • The ability to create a value proposition
  • The desire to be successful and to achieve personal financial goals
  • The confidence and ability to take on opportunities when required, overcome obstacles and to secure deals
  • The ability to record and manage enquiries and order bank accurately
  • Self-motivation and adaptability
  • A brilliant sense of humour

·Previous experience in a brokerage would be advantageous if you can evidence the above.
