The Role​

 

Covering all parts of the North East, your job will be to win business in the soft facilities services market, targeting large offices, schools and colleges.

 

An understanding of commercial cleaning would be useful, but what's more important is that you are a hungry, driven and determined sales professional who has a vision of success.

 

About You

 

​If you’re a consultative seller, with fire in the belly and who loves helping people and the thrill of winning business, as well as being in control of your destiny and earnings, we want to hear from you!

 

Skills you will need to be successful​:

 

  • A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
  • Great diary and time management
  • The acumen required to understand a customers’ problems and challenges and relate those to solutions you can provide
  • The ability and discipline required to find and manage your sales opportunities
  • The ability to generate a solid pipeline of properly qualified prospects
  • The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
  • The ability to build a value proposition and close business
  • Customer management skills that build solid relationships
