Used Car Sales Executive - Leeds

Salary: £18,000 basic with uncapped commission

Our client has built an incredible used car business off the back of exceptional marketing, fair pricing and through always treating customers fairly and with the highest levels of care and service.

They have become the go-to guys for premium used cars and their business model is unrivalled.

They operate Monday to Friday (yes you read that correctly) and they are successful, profitable and have a great culture aligned with a well-deserved reputation.

As part of their growth plans, they require two sales executives to join the business and convert their in-bound leads into orders.

The Role

You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into buying customers. It is vital that you treat customers fairly, only ever act in the interests of the company and client alike and that you love selling cars!

About You

​Our most important requirement is that you are honest with yourself and honest with our client. You must be a natural deal maker. Somebody who loves cars and who can give great advice and guidance to customers. Somebody who gets excited about sales, with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.

Skills & qualifications required


  • Five years of experience selling cars with a provable record

  • Excellent knowledge of the FCA rules and the principles of treating customers fairly

  • Great diary and time management

  • The ability and disciplines required to qualify customers and close deals

  • The discipline to record activity and forecast your business

  • The understanding when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
