Specialist Leasing Consultant – West Yorkshire

Salary up to £30,000 - per annum uncapped OTE

This incredible business specialises in providing the most high end luxury and sports cars on contract hire. From Bentley to Lamborghini this company is unafraid of underwriting seriously expensive automobiles and also unafraid to forward order and commit to stock – sometimes making them the only business in the UK with physical cars available for delivery.

  • A generous basic salary of up £30,000 per annum depending on experience

  • Completely uncapped commission per unit sold

  • 20 days holiday entitlement plus the Bank Holidays (28 days in total)

The Role

You will be a people person at heart, with excellent experience selling in the contract hire market place. You need to be brilliant at forming relationships, commercially minded, forward thinking, honest, committed and hard working. Target driven you will be the type of person who loves to close deals whilst getting huge satisfaction from having done a great job with outstanding service.


We are looking for candidates with:


  • A proven ability and experience in creating profitable deal structure selling, and delivery.

  • The ability to sell using value creation

  • Experience of selling within a B2B environment to the consumer, SME and Corporate market

  • Excellent experience in price negation discussions with existing customers

  • Proven strong communication, influencing, negotiation and closing skills.

  • A sound financial and commercial understanding.

  • A fantastic telephone manner and written correspondence and communication skills.

  • A detailed understanding of the contract hire & leasing sector

  • Ability to create customer value
