Sales/Customer Service - Jarrow

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading client based in Jarrow.

Our client is a market leading manufacturer of high quality furniture to a wide and diverse range of industries across the public and private sector.

 

Working hours are Monday – Friday between, 8.45am – 5pm

 

There are good public transport links to the area which are available throughout the day.

The Role

Working in the sales / customer service department, taking telephone calls from customers, answering queries and processing orders.
Working with Excel Spreadsheets and a bespoke ordering system.

 

The role requires the following skills:
 

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Data Input skills and experience is essential

  • Communicate across relevant departments

  • Computer Literate

  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Accurate work, as attention to detail is essential
