Sales Administrator (Vehicle Leasing) - 12 month fixed term contract

Salary £20,319.00

 

Our client is a successful vehicle leasing brokerage that is a division of one of the country's longest established car leasing providers. The Group has been in business since the 1930s and is still in private ownership.

 

Working as part of an incredibly friendly team, there is an opportunity to join their administration team, assisting customers with requirements for new leasing vehicles.

The Role

 

Your job would be to provide administrative support to the company’s team of Sales Consultants. 

 

By providing administration and organisational support after the sale has been made, you provide a vital role by enabling the sales team to concentrate on selling amazing car and van leasing deals to customers.

 

When a deal is done, that’s where you come into your own.

 

Daily activities and duties include:

 

·   Driving Licence checks

.   Grey Fleet Support

.   Contract-Hire administration

.   Driver Risk Assessment

.   Accident Management

.   Fleet Administration

.   Fleet Maintenance Management

 

What are we are looking for in you?

 

Our most important requirement is that you are the sort of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in with a smile.  Somebody who gets things done, and is organised, proactive and conscientious.

 

You must be a naturally charismatic person who positively engages with clients, partners, and colleagues, working proactively to build strong relationships.

 

Ideal candidates would have a background in automotive sales administration.
