Sales Executive - Vehicle Leasing (office based)
Our client is a long established vehicle contract hire and leasing brokerage that provide competitive on-line deals to businesses and private individuals. They are opening a new office in Teesside and as such have a number of sales positions available.
We have the privilege of supporting the company’s plans to grow by helping them find talented sales professionals who love the idea of working in this industry.
What's on offer?
In a nutshell our client advertises amazing car and van leasing deals on-line, and because the deals are fantastic, they stacks of enquiries from potential customers wanting to know more and place an order.
Your job would be to turn those enquiries into orders, so you will need a proven ability to close deals through great qualification.
How much you earn is down to you and our client is offering a generous percentage of revenue, in addition to salary.
Our client will provide full training and mentoring in order to equip you with the tools you need to be successful.
Our most important requirement is that you are honest with yourself and honest with our client.
You may be working for a brokerage, or a dealership, and be frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited manufacturer and funding options.

You will be the sort of person that loves to help others, who is consultative, disciplined and compliant. You will have excellent communication skills and you’ll never tell a customer what they want to hear. You only ever tell the truth and manage expectations properly.
You will be somebody who is naturally curious and who loves to ask customers lots of questions, so that you can really help.
