Aligned to a panel of competitive funders, they market fantastic leasing deals online and combine great pricing with fantastic service.  It’s one of the reasons their customers come back again and again.

We have the privilege of supporting their plans to grow even further by helping them find talented sales professionals who love the idea of working in this industry.


What's on offer? 


  • A salary of £17,477 per annum
  • A payment towards the costs of you using your car to commute to work of £62.50 a month
  • An additional £125 paid to you to contribute towards your fuel costs commuting to work a month
  • Generous bonuses from which you can accelerate your earnings
  • £155 per month guaranteed commission paid if you are on holiday

The Role​ 


In a nutshell our client advertises amazing car and van leasing deals on-line, that generate inbound enquiries, and prospects who are in the market to order a vehicle.  Your job would be to turn those enquiries into orders, so you will need a proven ability to close deals through great qualification, and by providing outstanding advice and guidance to clients.


Our client will provide full training and mentoring in order to equip you with the tools you need to be successful.​


About You


Our most important requirement is that you are honest with yourself and honest with our client.  Somebody who gets stuck in with a smile and loves the buzz of generating a sale.  You may be working for an insurance, or energy broker and loving what you do, but wishing the products you sell were more exciting.


Or you may work in a dealership and be frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited manufacturer and funding options.  You’ve may have said to yourself, I'd sell so much more if I could sell anything on wheels.

What we are looking for:


  • Good experience in sales (previous motor industry sales experience would be an advantage but not essential)
  • A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
  • Great diary and time management
  • The acumen required to tease out and understand a customer's wants and needs
  • The ability and discipline required to manage all your sales opportunities
  • The discipline to record activity and forecast your business accurately
  • The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
  • The ability to close business
