Sales Support Administrator

Our client is a long established vehicle contract hire and leasing brokerage that provides business customers with everything from a little van, to a Rolls Royce.

They supply all makes and models of cars and commercial vehicles, including those with conversions and electric vehicles.


Business is booming and we have the privilege of supporting the company by helping them find talented and experienced Sales Support Executive, to provide help for the sales team and our client's customers.

The Role


This isn't a sales role, and you won't be expected to sell, but you will play a vital part in making the sales team successful. You will have a really varied working week that could include generating quotes, organising contracts, collecting information from customers, arranging deliveries, helping clients and so much more.  No two days will be the same!


About You


​Our most important requirement is that you care, and that you love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into work with a can-do attitude and a smile.  


You may be working for a brokerage, or a dealership right now and craving more varied work, and a little more responsibility. You will be the sort of person that loves to help others with excellent communication and organisation skills.


What skills, experience and attributes we are looking for:


  • The ability and confidence to talk to customers on the phone
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks based on business needs and priorities
  • The acumen to understand a customers’ problem and to do our best to help sort, or sign post
  • Great communication skills, including by email
  • The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other software packages
  • Taking ownership and accountability - getting stuck in to get the job done
