Salary to OTE £28,000 - £32,000

The Role

The role of the Internal Sales Executive is a vital in the company’s growth plan as you will be tasked with offering essential support to the company’s field based sales team whilst also directly managing relations and sales from introducers and brokers.

 

The role will include the following:
 

  • Assisting the Business Development Managers to achieve targets through fist class delivery

  • Building quotes

  • Develop relationships with a portfolio of customers including external introducers and existing customers

  • Answering incoming enquiries from introducers converting to business opportunities across the division

  • Working with prospect customers to generate a healthy pipeline of business

  • Updating the company CRM system with all activity

  • Generating quotations and following up in a timely manner

The Person

You will ideally have experience in the following areas:
 

  • Converting new business that is introduced

  • Completing quotations

  • Ensuring that profitability is maximised in all areas

  • Updating and using internal CRM systems

  • Having excellent commercial awareness and understanding margins and profitability

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft package
