Customer Service Adviser Temp - Newton Aycliffe

Salary: £17,000 - £17,500

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe.

They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Adviser to cover a maternity leave within the team. The position is expected to last 6-12 months.

The Benefits

The position is a temporary position and offers the following benefits:

  • Basic salary 17,000 - 17,500

  • Working hours Mon - Fri 8.45 am - 4.45 am

  • Weekly payments

  • Immediate start

The Role

The role of a Temporary Customer Service Adviser involves the following:

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers

  • Liaising with planning and installation team

  • Organising for parts deliveries 

  • Booking engineers diaries

  • Updating CRM



The Person

To be considered for this position of Temporary Customer Service Adviser you will have the following skills:

  • Experience using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • An ability to communicate at senior level

  • Accurate Data Entry skills

  • Good time management

  • Experience of using an internal CRM system
