The Role

In a nutshell our client provides contract hire and leasing to businesses and private individuals, so you will have the ability find and win fleet and personal contract hire customers through lead generation, business networking, social media, engagement by telephone, remote meeting, on-line meetings and face to face meetings.


Utopia would be that you already have a robust customer base that knows you, likes you and will follow you to help give you a great start. The last person to join had a fantastically loyal following and was taking orders within a week!
 

How much you earn is down to you and our client is offering a generous percentage of revenue.

 

Our client will provide full training and mentoring in their product, technology, and business benefits in order to equip you with the tools you need to be successful.

About You

Our most important requirement is that you are honest with yourself and honest with our client.

You may be working for a brokerage today and frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited funding options. You’re probably telling yourself over and over that you could be more successful if you had more options and more freedom.

 

You will be the sort of person that loves to help others, who is consultative, disciplined and compliant. You will have excellent communication skills you’ll never tell a customer what they want to hear. You only ever tell the truth and manage expectations properly.

 

You will be somebody who is naturally curious. Somebody who is unafraid to put hard yards into success and definitely somebody who loves the rewards that brings.

Skills

  • Experience working in a contract hire brokerage or motor dealership

  • Excellent knowledge of the FCA rules and the principles of treating customers fairly

  • Great diary and time management

  • The acumen required to understand a customers’ problems and challenges and relate those to solutions
    you can provide

  • The ability and disciplines required to find and manage your sales opportunities

  • The ability to generate a solid pipeline of prospects

  • The discipline to record activity and forecast your business

  • The understanding when to “do a deal” and when to walk away

  • The ability to close business

  • Customer management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client and for you
