Administrator - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £22,000

Our client is a leading North East company which are very visible in the business community.


They have grown steadily over the past 5 years and are now in a position where they are looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team.

The role is based in Newcastle city centre which has excellent public transport links and is ideally situated for travel from most North East towns.


Our client is offering a generous benefits package for the role of Administrator including the following:

The Role

The role of an Administrator is a vital part of our clients support network; it will include the following:

  • Using Microsoft packages on a regular basis

  • Updating company internal CRM systems

  • Offering support to customers that are looking to pull together information

  • Helping with new projects across the business

  • Liaising with all departments where necessary

  • Arranging travel and client meeting

  • Organising networking events and ensuring all relevant information sent to clients



The Person

The ideal person for the Administrator position will have experience in the following areas:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Working as part of a large team

  • Multitasking

  • Customer service

  • Organisation of large volumes of work

  • Good coordination and planning

Although this role is an administration position it is focussed on projects, therefore qualifications may be offered that would enhance your skills.
